 Amber is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of nursing experience, specializing in quality and performance improvement. She brings this strong background in healthcare quality standards into the daily operations of the center, ensuring excellence, safety, and continuous growth in every aspect of our program. Amber also holds her Oklahoma Childcare Director’s Credential.

Born and raised in Blanchard, Amber is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have four children. As the owner of Hilltop Child Development Center, she is deeply committed to creating a hands-on learning environment where children feel supported, inspired, and encouraged to explore. Nothing brings her greater joy than watching the growth and development of the children in her care.

My name is Lacey Brush, and I have proudly served as the Director of Hilltop Child Development Center for the past four years. Hilltop is truly my heart and soul. I have worked in the early childhood field for over 20 years, and nurturing, guiding, and supporting children and families is where my passion lives.

I have been happily married for 22 years and am blessed with two wonderful boys and two precious grandchildren who bring so much joy to my life.

Caring for children isn’t just my career — it’s my calling.

My name is Courtney McCracken, and I have been the two- and three-year-old teacher here at Hilltop for over four years. I have always had a passion for working with young children, from babysitting at a very young age to where I am today.

I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology, have earned my CDA credentials, and am a Master Teacher. I have been married for almost eight years, and we have one daughter who is almost two years old, with a baby boy due in July.

The highlight of my day is watching the children in my class light up with excitement when they learn something new or accomplish a goal. Thank you for trusting us at Hilltop with the most precious thing in the world-your children.

Hi, my name is Debbie and I am the Preschool/Pre-K teacher at Hilltop. I hold a Certificate of Mastery in Child Development and I have been at Hilltop since fall 2020.  I have over 30 years of child care experience, including teaching in child development centers, working in the public school system, and raising 3 kids of my own. When I am not at Hilltop, you might find me at a sporting event supporting my grandchildren. In my classroom, we use hands-on cause and effect learning that builds problem-solving and self-help skills, because I believe that early learning experiences build a strong foundation for a child’s academic career.

My name is Alexis Spencer, and I am a 27-year-old Master Teacher at Hilltop Child Development Center, where I have proudly served for the past two years. I am passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating a nurturing, engaging environment for every child who enters my classroom.

I earned my Certificate of Mastery in Child Development from Rose State College and plan to continue my education by pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Family and Administration Services at USAO.

I am a lifelong resident of Blanchard and value the strong sense of community it provides. In the future, I look forward to traveling and expanding my experiences both personally and professionally.

Hi! My name is Lindi Davis and I have worked at Hilltop Child Development Center for three years and have experience working with all age groups. Currently, I am the infant (baby room) teacher, which is where my heart truly is. I love creating a fun, nurturing, and safe environment where children can grow, explore, and feel secure each day.

I have lived in Blanchard, Oklahoma my entire life, and I am also a proud mom to a daughter. Being a parent myself helps me understand the importance of trust, communication, and providing the highest level of care to the families I serve. I truly enjoy what I do and feel blessed to work with children every day.

Hi my name is Crystal and have worked at Hilltop for three years I am a dedicated toddler teacher in child care with a passion for supporting early childhood development. I love creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and grow. I focus on building strong

relationships, encouraging independence, and supporting each child's social, emotional, and cognitive development during these important early years.

My name is Leyna Stephens, and I have been proudly working at Hilltop Child Development Center for about a year. I teach 1 and 2 year olds, and I truly love what I do. Supporting toddlers as they grow, explore, and reach new milestones is such a rewarding experience. I enjoy creating a warm, engaging, and nurturing environment where each child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to learn through play.

I graduated from Blanchard High School last year and am currently continuing my education at Canadian Valley Technology Center, where I am working toward my certification in Surgical Technology. I am passionate about learning and growing both professionally and personally, and I strive to bring dedication, patience, and positivity into everything I do.

Working with young children has strengthened my compassion, responsibility, and commitment to helping others succeed — qualities I carry with me in both my classroom and my future career goals.

Madison is a 19-year-old college student pursuing a degree in physical therapy. She currently works as a school age teacher at hilltop child development center, where she is passionate about supporting children throughout the school year. Madison loves creating fun, hands-on learning experiences - especially summer water play activities - that keep his active, engaged, and excited to learn. Guided by her family and faith she strives to be a positive role model and make a meaningful difference in each child’s life every day.
