Amber is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with 17 years of nursing experience in quality improvement and she incorporates this background in quality and performance improvement into the centers daily performance.  Amber also holds her Oklahoma Childcare Directors Credential. Amber was born and raised in Blanchard and is married to her high school sweetheart and together they have 4 children.  As our owner, Amber is committed to helping children explore and learn in a hands-on environment. Nothing brings her more happiness than seeing the growth and evolution of our students. Hi, my name is Debbie and I am the Preschool/Pre-K teacher at Hilltop. I hold a Certificate of Mastery in Child Development and I am pursuing an Oklahoma Director’s Credential. I have over 30 years of child care experience, including teaching in child development centers, working in the public school system, and raising 3 kids of my own. When I am not at Hilltop, you might find me at the ball field supporting my grandchildren. In my classroom, we use hands-on cause and effect learning that builds problem-solving and self-help skills, because I believe that early learning experiences build a strong foundation for a child’s academic career.

Hello My name is Taylor!  I am the infant teacher and I absolutely love babies and making them smile.  I work hard making sure that the babies are hitting their milestones while creating the best atmosphere to make both the babies but also the parents happy as well.  I have worked independently with children since I was 9 years old and have taken college classes for early child development.  I am certified in CPR and I have taken ELCCT and Safe Sleep Infant training.  I enjoy taking classes to expand my knowledge in child development and currently I am learning sign language to help communicate with young and/or nonverbal children.  I recently got married and my husband and I live in Norman with our dog and two cats!!
